"Distinctly South Shore" 71st Street Art Festival

The Art Program that launched in October of 2011 showcased artwork from over 15 participants and is available in over twenty store fronts down 71st Street. South Shore Chamber hosted a reception for the artists who participated and for the community to meet the men and women who are bringing a new ambiance to 71st Street. The successful event included entertainment and refreshments, as well as displayed other pieces of artwork from the artist. The reception took place in October for acknowledgement of October being National Artist Month.
